What do I need?

First you will need Real Player. If you don't have Real Player installed on your machine, you can download a free version from the Real Media website.

Your machine will also need to be fitted with a sound card. If you don't have a sound card, you can still see the video, read the presentation, view company jobs and visit the profile - you just won't hear the interview.

Sound cards are fitted in most home PCs, but if you are accessing the site from a work PC, you may need to talk to your system administrator.

You will also need to make sure your screen display is set up properly. This is done from the Control Panel area, which you can access in one of two ways:

Click on the "Start" button in the bottom left hand corner of your screen, select Settings and then Control Panel

OR

From your desktop, double-click on the My Computer icon, then double click the Control Panel icon that appears in the folder window.

Once in the Control Panel window, double-click the Display icon. The Display Properties window will appear with 6 tabs across the top. Click on tab labelled Settings. In the bottom left corner is a drop down box entitled "Colors". From the drop down list, select "True Color (24 bit)" then click on OK.

You will be given the option to restart your computer or apply the changes without restarting. Either option is acceptable, but changing without a restart is quicker.

You should now be ready to run your webcast.
